Ingredients
- Tater tots
- Eggs
- Milk

- Cooked sausage or bacon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Layer the tater tots on the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Spread the cooked sausage or bacon evenly over the tater tots.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top of the sausage and tater tots.
- Sprinkle chopped onions and bell peppers over the egg mixture and top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
