- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Cooking spray
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Flatten a piece of biscuit dough into a round disc.
- Add a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of the flattened dough.
- Fold the dough over the apple filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the apple-filled bombs in the basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
