- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- Chocolate for coating
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until finely crumbed.
- Combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle in melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Allow the chocolate to set, either at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
