- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (for topping)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
- Poke holes all over the cake using a fork.
- Mix together the sweetened condensed milk and shredded coconut in a separate bowl.
- Pour the coconut mixture over the cake, covering the holes.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Spread the chocolate frosting evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle coconut flakes on top for decoration and serve.
